Legal
Terms of use
1 fact is still to be filled in by the publisher (highlighted below).
Effective date: 3 November 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Awaitlab Wiki network: the portal (wiki.awaitlab.com), every game wiki on a sub-domain of awaitlab.com, the forum, the search and every related service (the "Service"). The Service is published by Théo Crepin, trading as Awaitlab ("we", "us"), see the Legal notice.
In short
- Reading the wikis needs no account. An account lets you edit pages, post on the forum and report content.
- Be kind, stay safe and follow the Community rules.
- What you write on the wiki can be edited by others and stays in the page history.
- You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your settings.
1. Accepting the Terms
By creating an account you accept these Terms and confirm you have read the Privacy policy. If you do not accept them, you can still read the wikis without an account.
2. Age and parental consent
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- If you are between 13 and 15 (under 15, the age of digital consent in France), a parent or legal guardian must agree to you creating an account and to these Terms. By creating the account, you confirm you are 15 or older, or that this agreement was given (a box to tick at sign-up; the confirmation is recorded with its date and the version of the Terms).
- Parents and guardians can ask us at any time, at contact@awaitlab.com, to see or delete the account of their child.
- If we learn that an account was created without the required age or consent, we may suspend or delete it.
3. Your account
- One account per person. Choose a display name that does not reveal your real identity if you do not want it to: it is shown next to your contributions.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account; tell us at contact@awaitlab.com if you think someone else uses it.
- You can sign in with an email and password, or with an external account (Discord, Google, Apple, Roblox) when offered. Their own terms apply to those accounts.
- You can change your email, password, linked accounts and privacy settings in your settings.
4. Your contributions
- Wiki pages are edited together, like Wikipedia: your edits are published at once, can be changed or reverted by others, and stay in the public page history.
- You keep the rights you have on what you write. The texts you write on the wiki are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license (CC BY-SA 4.0, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/): anyone can share and adapt them, giving credit to the contributors (the page history lists them) and under the same license. You also grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, show, adapt and distribute your contributions as part of the Service. These licenses last as long as the content stays in the Service and its history.
- The CC BY-SA 4.0 license covers only the texts written by contributors. It does not cover the games, their art, assets, names, logos, trademarks, screenshots or any media provided by AwaitLab: they remain the exclusive property of AwaitLab, all rights reserved (see section 8).
- Only post content you have the right to post: when you upload an image or any content that is not yours, you must hold the right to do so. Do not copy text or images from other sites without permission.
- Forum posts can be edited or deleted by you; moderators can hide them if they break the rules.
- We act as a host of the content posted by the members (article 6 of the French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004, "LCEN", and article 6 of the EU Digital Services Act). Each member is solely responsible for what they post: wiki pages and edits, forum topics and replies, wall messages, uploaded files. We do not check content before it is published and we are not liable for it, unless, once we know that it is illegal, we do not remove it or block access to it promptly.
- When you delete your account, your contributions stay in the wiki and forum history, without your name, unless you also ask to remove them (see section 9).
5. Rules of behaviour
You agree to follow the Community rules. In particular, you must not: harass or threaten anyone; post hateful, sexual or violent content; share personal information about anyone (including yourself if you are a minor); scam other players or trade accounts; spread malware or cheats; vandalise pages; break the law or the terms of the games and platforms concerned.
6. Moderation, sanctions and appeals
- Moderators review reports and may hide content, warn, mute (no posting for a while) or ban an account, for one wiki or for the whole network. Automatic filters may flag or hide content until a moderator reviews it.
- When we act on your content or account, we tell you why (the rule concerned and the facts), unless the law prevents it.
- You can contest a decision within 6 months of the decision, from the link in the notification you received or by email to contact@awaitlab.com. A different moderator or an administrator reviews the appeal, and we send you a reasoned decision, normally within 30 days; if the appeal shows that our decision was not justified, we reverse it. If you have no answer within 30 days, the appeal is deemed rejected so that you can go further, but we still examine it and send you our reasoned decision. A deemed rejection never removes your right to use an out-of-court dispute settlement body allowed by the EU Digital Services Act, or to go to court.
7. Reporting illegal content and cooperation with the authorities
Anyone, with or without an account, can report content they think is illegal with the "Report" button or by writing to contact@awaitlab.com (notice and action mechanism, article 16 of the Digital Services Act). Say where the content is, why you think it is illegal, and how to reach you (unless the report is about child sexual abuse material, which can be anonymous). We handle reports promptly and tell you what we decided. Illegal content is removed, or access to it is blocked, promptly once we know about it, and the member concerned receives the statement of reasons described in section 6.
We cooperate with the competent authorities. As a host, we keep the data that allows to identify the people who contributed to the content (the data given at sign-up, such as the email address and the display name, and connection data, such as the IP address and the date and time of each publication) for the periods set by article 6-II of the LCEN and decree no. 2021-1362 of 20 October 2021, and we can provide them, on a judicial request or requisition, to the authority entitled to ask for them. This data is kept apart, is not used for anything else and is described in the Privacy policy.
8. Games, game data and trademarks
- Overrank, its visuals, names and trademarks belong to AwaitLab. The games, their art, assets, names, logos, trademarks, screenshots and every media provided by AwaitLab remain the exclusive property of AwaitLab, all rights reserved, and are not covered by the CC BY-SA 4.0 license of the contributions. The wikis describe the games; they do not grant any right on them.
- The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
- Game statistics shown on profiles and leaderboards are sent by the games. They are shown as provided, may be late or wrong, and give no right to any in-game item or reward.
- Probabilities and values on the wikis are informative and may be marked "Demo" until confirmed by the game team.
9. Closing your account
- You can delete your account from your settings. The deletion happens after a grace period of 30 days during which you can cancel it by signing in again. Then your account and personal data are deleted; your public contributions stay, credited to a deleted user.
- You can also ask to remove your contributions, when you delete your account (a link sent to your email confirms the request) or afterwards, with the form "Remove the contributions of my deleted account". A wiki edit is removed only if nobody edited the page after it; otherwise it stays in the history, credited to a deleted user, so that the history and the attribution required by the CC BY-SA 4.0 license of the later edits stay intact. Forum topics and walls are removed if you are the only participant, otherwise they are kept as "Deleted user". Uploaded files used only by removed content are deleted. The data we must keep by law (section 7) is not affected.
- We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, after the steps of section 6.
10. The Service
- The Service is free. We try to keep it available and accurate but provide it as it is, without guarantee that it will always be available, complete or free of errors.
- We may change or stop features. If we stop the whole Service, we will tell users in advance when we can and let them export their data.
- Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country. Within those limits, we are not liable for indirect damage or for content posted by users.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. For important changes, we will tell you on the site or by email before they apply; if you do not accept them, you can delete your account.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law, and the courts of the place of the publisher's registered office have jurisdiction, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Before going to court, contact us at contact@awaitlab.com; as a consumer you may also use the free mediation service consumer mediation service or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
