How to get it
- drop: guardians, chests, elites, mimics, rift breaks (rank S++ dungeons)
- market (rank S++ dungeons; S+ / NATION chips)
Forge
Can be upgraded up to +10 at the forge (each level adds 8% to the main stats). Upgrades never fail.

Its look does not change with the grade: an S+ edition always shows its edition color.
