## Making a party

- Open the party window with **L** (gamepad: Menu > Social). A party holds up to **4** awakened.
- The leader, or anyone not in a party yet, can invite; the party is made when the invitation is accepted. An invitation lasts **30 s**; 12 s must pass before inviting the same awakened again.
- A party works **across servers**: you can join a member where he is, on another server or in his rift.
- The leader can kick, promote another member or disband the party. If he leaves, the oldest member leads; a party left with one member is dissolved.
- Quitting the game leaves the party at once. A teleport (a rift, a travel) keeps you in it; a member seen nowhere for 2 minutes is removed.

## Rifts as a party

When the leader walks into a rift, every free member on his server is asked to come along. Those who stay form a party of their own (its leader drawn at random). Inside, the party panel shows each hunter's HP and extra lives.

## XP

The XP of a kill is **not split**: every member within 150 studs of the monster or in the same dungeon (alive, or fallen less than 10 s ago) gets his full solo XP, ×1.1 for two, ×1.2 for three, ×1.3 for four. A monster 3 or more ranks above you that you did not hit yourself gives only ×0.25. Details: [Leveling formulas](/w/overrank/formulas/leveling).

## Tougher dungeons

Every hunter beyond the first makes the dungeon's monsters tougher: **+75% HP** and **+10% damage** each (see [Dungeon formulas](/w/overrank/formulas/dungeons)). A fallen hunter comes back in the furthest room the party cleared: [Falling](/w/overrank/systems/falling).
