3Every **30 minutes** (on the clock, the same on every server) a new merchant sets up his cart in one of the city's 8 quarters (Namsan, Myeongdong, Bukchon, Mapo, Seongsu, Jongno, Gangnam, the Han river). A rumour names the quarter: look for the smoke of his cart.

20Potions (by 3), special items, rune binding skips, essences for the stars of your gear, and from Epic up a cosmetic (Verdant aura, Frost edge, Storm aura or Shadow aura). His prices are already cut, and each offer is limited per merchant. The **elixirs** are sold only by him, once per merchant.
